According to the present invention, the drug carrier provides both chemotherapy and photothermal therapy and exhibits excellent photothermal reaction, a drug load rate, and a drug release rate. 본 발명은 (a) 산화 그래핀(Graphene oxide); 및 (b) 상기 산화그래핀에 결합된 알부민(albumin)을 포함하는 약물 전달체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 약물 전달체는 화학요법(chemotherapy) 및 광열요법(photothermal therapy)를 동시에 제공하고, 우수한 광열 반응, 약물 적재율 및 약물 방출율을 나타낸다.
