The present invention, in communication by transmitting a signal through a refrigerant pipe, comprises: a housing in which a piping communication device can be easily installed in and separated from the refrigerant pipe; a core holder accommodating a core; and a pipe holder which enables the piping communication device to be in contact with and fixed to the refrigerant pipe so that the present invention prevents a communication line from being damaged by protecting the communication line from external impacts, enables stable communication, and is installed stably in the refrigerant pipe, regardless of the size of a refrigerant pipe, while preventing damage to the communication line, thereby improving ease of installation and management efficiency. 본 발명은 공기조화기 및 배관 통신 장치에 관한 것으로, 냉매배관을 통해 신호를 전달하여 통신하는데 있어서 배관 통신 장치가 냉매배관에 쉽게 설치 및 분리되도록 하우징이 구성되고, 코어를 수용하는 코어홀더와 냉매배관에 배관 통신 장치가 밀착하여 고정되도록 하는 배관 홀더를 포함하여, 외부의 충격으로부터 통신선을 보호하여 통신선의 손상을 방지함으로써 안정적인 통신이 가능하며, 통신선의 손상을 방지하면서, 냉매배관에 안정적으로 설치됨은 물론 냉매배관의 크기에 관계없이 설치 할 수 있어 설치의 용이성 및 관리의 효율성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
