SEAT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a seat management system comprising: a seat user terminal that allows a user to reserve a seat through Internet communications; a PTZ camera that is installed inside a library; a global camera that is installed inside the library; and a seat management apparatus that allows the user to reserve the seat by performing the Internet communication with the seat user terminal, acquires magnified images of empty seats by controlling the operation of the PTZ camera based on an empty seat list, determines at least one among an empty event, an occupy event, and a transit-to-empty state on each seat by analyzing an image corresponding to each seat located in the photographed image received from the global camera based on preset seat location information, measures a transit duration with respect to a transit-to-empty seat, and takes an action to remove an occupant from the transit-to-empty seat if the measured transit duration elapses a set transit time. 본 발명은 인터넷 통신을 통해 좌석 예약을 할 수 있게 하는 좌석이용자 단말, 도서관 내에 설치된 PTZ 카메라, 도서관 내에 설치된 글로벌 카메라, 그리고 상기 좌석이용자 단말과 인터넷 통신을 수행하여 사용자가 좌석 예약을 할 수 있게 하고, 이석좌석 리스트를 기반으로 상기 PTZ 카메라의 동작을 제어하여 각 이석 좌석에 대한 확대 영상을 획득하고, 기 설정된 좌석위치정보를 기반으로 상기 글로벌 카메라로부터 수신된 촬영영상 내에 위치한 각 좌석에 해당하는 영상을 분석하여 각 좌석에 대한 이석 이벤트, 착석 이벤트 및 좌석 이석중 상태 중 하나를 판단하고, 이석중인 좌석에 대하여 이석지속시간을 측정하며, 측정한 상기 이석지속시간이 설정 이속 시간을 초과한 경우에 퇴장 조치를 수행하는 좌석관리장치를 포함하는 좌석관리시스템.에 관한 것이다.
