description | Disclosed are a control apparatus of an electric stability control (ESC) apparatus and a control method thereof. The present invention aims to improve durability in controlling the position of a vehicle, to efficiently maintain the ride quality, to suppress instability about the current status of a gradient, and to guide a driver to carefully drive the vehicle.
