Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an electric precipitator and an air cleaning system including the electric precipitator. An electric precipitator according to the present invention includes: a charge unit which charges dust particles in air going through the charge unit into a positive electric charge and a negative electric charge respectively by disposing a positive electrode to which a positive voltage is applied, a negative electrode to which a negative voltage is applied, and charge corresponding electrodes such that the charge corresponding electrodes cover an area of each of the electrodes, thereby forming a corona discharge between the electrodes and the charge corresponding electrodes; and a dust collecting unit including a negative electrode dust collecting plate and a positive electrode dust collecting plate which are applied with a negative electrode high voltage and a positive electrode high voltage respectively and are disposed such that the negative electrode dust collecting plate and the positive electrode dust collecting plate are crossed to collect the dust that are charged with a positive electric charge and a negative electric charge in the charge unit. Accordingly, an electric precipitator according to the present invention is capable of doubling an effective dust collecting area compared to a conventional electric precipitator, and is capable of preventing corrosion, ozone generation, electric shock and others by coupling non-conductive members to an outer circumferential surface of conductive members composing each of the dust collecting plates.
본 발명은 전기집진기 및 그 전기집진기를 포함하는 공기청정 시스템에 관한 것으로, 양전압이 인가되는 양전극 및 음전압이 인가되는 음전극 그리고 각 전극의 일영역을 커버하도록 하전대응극를 배치하여, 전극과 하전대응극 사이에 코로나방전을 형성시켜 하전부를 통과하는 공기 중의 먼지입자를 각각 양전하와 음전하로 하전시키는 하전부와, 하전부에서 양전하와 음전하로 하전된 먼지들을 포집하기 위해, 음극고전압과 양극고전압으로 각각 인가된 음극집진판과 양극집진판을 교차로 배치한 집진부로 구성하여, 유효집진면적을 종래의 전기집진기와 대비하여 2배로 증가시킬 수 있고, 각 집진판을 구성하는 전도성부재의 외주면에 비전도성부재를 결합하여 부식, 오존발생, 감전 등을 방지할 수 있다. |
