Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a black bean sauce composition with an anti-obesity effect, which comprises dried black garlic powder, dried green pepper powder, dried Lentinus edode powder, and dried onion powder in contents of 0.4-3 wt% with respect to the total weight of the black bean sauce composition; and to noodles with black bean sauce including the same. According to the present invention, the black bean sauce composition has an excellent taste and an anti-obesity effect. Accordingly, provided are noodles with black bean sauce, which can alleviate consumers anxiety about obesity by solving the disadvantage of existing noodles with black bean sauce, which incur the risk of obesity due to high calories.
