The composition of the present invention can overcome shortcomings of an existing polyethylene glycol (PEG)-interferon alpha 2b conjugate, and thus exhibits low sensitivity to hydrolysis while having high antiviral activity. 인터페론 접합체를 포함하는 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 종래의 PEG-인터페론 알파 2b 접합체의 단점을 극복하여 높은 항바이러스 활성을 가지면서 낮은 가수분해에 민감성을 가진다.
