Zusammenfassung:A composition for forming solar cell electrodes comprises: silver powder; glass frit including tellurium and having a glass transition temperature (Tg) which is 150 to 300°C; an organosilane compound; and an organic vehicle. The composition for forming solar cell electrodes introduces the organosilane compound to manufacture a solar cell electrode having a fine line width and a high aspect ratio, thereby allowing the solar cell electrode to have a high short circuit current (I_sc), low serial resistance (R_s), excellent conversion efficiency and an excellent fill factor value. 본 발명은 은 분말; 텔루륨을 포함하며 유리전이온도(Tg)가 150 내지 300℃인 유리프릿; 유기실란화합물; 및 유기비히클을 포함하는 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 태양전지 전극 형성용 조성물은 유기실란화합물을 도입하여 미세 선폭 및 고 종횡비를 갖는 전극을 제조할 수 있으며, 이로부터 제조된 태양전지 전극은 높은 단락전류(Isc) 및 낮은 직렬저항(Rs)을 가지고 변환효율 및 Fill Factor 값이 우수하다.
