Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for promoting immune activities, comprising the protein selected from the group consisting of a proinsulin dimer, a partial C peptide-deficient mutant of the proinsulin dimer, and a partial C peptide-deficient mutant of a proinsulin monomer as an active ingredient, and relates to a composition for inhibiting the immune system, comprising the C peptide portion of the proinsulin as an active ingredient. The proinsulin dimer, the partial C peptide-deficient mutant of the proinsulin dimer, and the partial C peptide-deficient mutant of the proinsulin monomer can be applied as an immunity-enhancing agent for a patient with diabetes. 본 발명은 프로인슐린 다이머, 프로인슐린 다이머의 C 펩타이드 부분 결손 돌연변이체 및 프로인슐린 모노머의 C 펩타이드 부분 결손 돌연변이체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역 활성 촉진용 조성물 및 프로인슐린의 C 펩타이드 부위를 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역 억제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 당뇨병 환자에서 면역 증가제로 프로인슐린 다이머, 프로인슐린 다이머의 C 펩타이드 부분 결손 돌연변이체및 프로인슐린 모노머의 C 펩타이드 부분 결손 돌연변이체를 적용할 수 있다.
