SEALING METHOD OF LEVEL AND QUALITY SENSOR ASSEMBLY FOR FUEL PUMP MODULE

The present invention relates to a method to seal an ultrasonic level sensor and an ultrasonic concentration sensor assembly of a fuel pump module and, more specifically, relates to an integral assembly is formed by mounting an ultrasonic level sensor and an ultrasonic concentration sensor in a single sensor housing. In regards to this, one end part is opened to mount various components, such as the level sensor, the concentration sensor, and a PCB part, etc., in the sensor housing, and is sealed by a cover; thus preventing a problem of an inflow of fuel into the inside. Moreover, the components mounted on the sensor housing are not fluid by locating on fixed positions. In order to achieve these purposes, the method to seal the ultrasonic level sensor and the ultrasonic concentration sensor assembly of the fuel pump module, comprises: a step of attaching the ultrasonic level sensor, the ultrasonic concentration sensor, and a temperature sensor; a step of connecting the PCB part to an internal terminal; a step of soldering the ultrasonic level sensor, the ultrasonic concentration sensor, and the temperature sensor on the PCB part; a step of hardening the sensor housing; a step of bonding the sensor housing with the cover; and a step of overmolding a finishing protrusion around the cover with a mixed material. 본 발명은 연료펌프모듈의 초음파 레벨센서 및 농도센서 어셈블리의 실링방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 초음파 레벨센서와 농도센서를 단일의 센서 하우징 내에 장착하여 일체형의 어셈블리를 형성하도록 하되, 이러한 센서 하우징에서 레벨센서와 농도센서 및 PCB부 등 다양한 구성품을 장착하기 위해 개구된 후 커버로 밀폐되는 일단부를 통해, 연료가 내부로 유입되는 문제가 발생되지 않도록 함과 동시에, 장착된 내부의 구성품들이 유동되지 않고 고정위치될 수 있도록 한 연료펌프모듈의 초음파 레벨센서 및 농도센서 어셈블리의 실링방법에 관한 것이다.
