[과제] 진공동결건조 시, 건조탱크내의 압력을 격막압력계 등의 제1 진공계와 피라니 진공계 등의 제2 진공계로 측정하고, 제1 및 제2 양 진공계에서의 측정지시값의 차이가 작게 수렴하는 시점을 건조종점이라고 판단하는 경우에, 피건조물의 종류나 양에 의해 건조탱크내의 압력이 변동하고 있는 경우에서도 가급적 신속하게 건조종점을 검지할 수 있도록 한다. [해결 수단] 본 발명의 진공 건조의 종점 검지방법에서는, 건조탱크(1) 내의 진공흡입에 따라 해당 건조탱크내의 압력이 하강하고 있는 동안에 제2 진공계(5b)로 측정한 압력이 일단 상승으로 변하는 경우에 그 1의 변곡점과, 이어서 하강으로 변할 때의 다른 변곡점을 이용해서 지표값을 구하고, 이 구한 지표값을 제2 진공계의 측정지시값으로 치환하여 판단한다. |
