RO FILTER FOR SIDE STREAM TYPE

Disclosed is a side stream flow type reverse osmosis membrane filter for increasing a recovery ratio of purified water by increasing the amount of supplied raw water with respect to a reverse osmosis membrane sheet. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the side stream flow type reverse osmosis membrane filter comprises: a filter housing formed with a raw water port, a purified water port, and a concentrated water port, on one side thereof; an RO filter accommodated in the filter housing, discharging purified water to the central portion thereof by purifying raw water introduced through the raw water port, and discharging filtered concentrated water to an outer side direction; a central tube having both upper and lower ends opened to be arranged on the center of the RO filter, and collecting the water purified by the RO filter to the inside thereof through a through-hole formed in a radial direction; a raw water moving pipe formed to be spaced apart from an inner side of the central tube, having both upper and lower ends opened, and formed with a raw water moving path on the center thereof and a purified water moving path between the raw water moving pipe and the central tube; and a raw water spreader mounted on upper ends of the raw water moving pipe and the central tube, supplying raw water to the raw water moving pipe in order to supply part of the raw water introduced through the raw water port to each of an upper end and a lower end of the RO filter, and supplying the purified water collected in the purified water moving path to the purified water port. 개시된 내용은 역삼투막 시트에 대해 원수의 공급 량을 증대시켜 정수수 회수율을 높일 수 있도록 한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 측류 유동형 역삼투막 필터는, 원수 포트, 정수수 포트 및 농축수 포트가 일측에 형성되는 필터하우징; 상기 필터하우징에 수용되고, 상기 원수 포트를 통해 유입되는 원수를 정수처리하여 정수수는 중심쪽으로 배출하고, 여과된 농축수는 외측방향으로 배출시키는 RO필터; 상하 양단이 개방되어 상기 RO필터의 중심에 배치되고, 상기 RO필터에 의해 정수처리된 정수수를 반경방향으로 형성된 관통공을 통해 내부에 모으는 센트럴 튜브; 상기 센트럴 튜브 내측에 이격되도록 형성되고 상하 양단이 개방되는 원수 이동관, 상기 원수 이동관은 원수 이동통로를 중앙에 형성하며, 상기 원수 이동관과 센트럴 튜브사이에 정수수 이동통로를 형성시킴; 상기 원수 이동관 및 센트럴 튜브의 상단에 장착되는 원수 분배기, 상기 원수 분배기는 상기 원수 포트를 통해 유입되는 원수 일부를 상기 RO필터의 상단에 공급하고 상기 원수 포트를 통해 유입되는 원수 일부를 상기 RO필터의 하단에 공급하기 위해 상기 원수 이동관에 공급하며, 상기 정수수 이동통로에 모아진 정수수를 상기 정수수 포트에 공급시킴;을 특징으로 하는 측류 유동형 역삼투막 필터를 제공한다.
