Zusammenfassung: | An organic light emitting part is formed by allowing a dispenser to drop an organic light emitting material in a predetermined region. A hydrophobic bank layer is formed. The organic light emitting material is sprayed in only the regions divided in the bank layer instead of the upper part of the bank layer. A light shielding layer is formed along the region of the light emitting part. Thereby, in the exposure process of the bank, the projection of light reflected by the stage of an exposure device to the bank layer can be prevented.
본 발명에서는 디스펜서에 의해 유기발광물질을 설정된 영역에 적하하여 유기발광부를 형성하고 소수특성을 뱅크층을 형성하여 유기발광물질이 뱅크층 상부가 아닌 뱅크층에 구획되는 영역에만 도포되도록 하며, 차광층을 발광부영역을 따라 형성함으로써 뱅크층의 노광공정시 노광장치의 스테이지에서 반사된 광이 뱅크층으로 조사되는 것을 차단할 수 있게 된다. |
