Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a tension control apparatus for a mooring line, a tension control method for a mooring line, and a mooring system having the tension control apparatus for a mooring line. The present invention enables an offshore structure to control tension through a vertically movable fairlead according to the offshore environmental conditions, enables the continuous operation of the offshore structure, such as a floating production storage offloading (FPSO), extends the fatigue life of a mooring line, and enables a continuous offloading work without a stop by controlling tension through the position control of the fairlead when offloading to another transport ship, such as a tanker and an LNGC. The tension control apparatus for a mooring line comprises: multiple mooring lines which are connected to the offshore structure; a fairlead which is installed to be vertically moved and guides the mooring line; a mooring line tension sensing unit which senses the tension of the mooring liens; a fairlead moving unit which vertically moves the fairlead to control the tension of the mooring lines; and a control unit which controls the fairlead moving unit according to the sensed signal from the mooring line tension sensing unit. 본 발명은 계류라인의 장력 조절장치, 계류라인의 장력 조절방법, 및 그 장력 조절장치를 갖는 계류 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상하 이동이 가능한 페어리드(fairlead)를 통해서 해상 환경상태에 따라 해양구조물 자체가 장력을 조절할 수 있으며, FPSO와 같은 해양구조물의 지속적인 운전을 가능하게 하고, 계류라인 자체의 피로 수명을 연장할 수 있으며, 다른 수송선(tanker, LNGC)에 오프 로딩할 때 페어리드의 위치조절을 통한 장력 컨트롤로 인해서 오프로딩 작업을 멈추지 않고 지속적으로 가능하게 한다.
