Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention is a method to analyze carbide in steel. The method to analyze carbide in steel of the present invention comprises: a step of forming a surface part by polishing a surface of a steel; a step of exposing carbide included in the steel by primarily etching the surface part; a step of forming a coating layer by carbon coating the surface on which the carbide is exposed; a step of forming a carbon coated sample having a transfer surface where the carbide is transferred by separating the coating layer from the steel; a step of secondarily etching the carbon coated sample; and a step of analyzing the carbide using a scanning electron microscope for the secondarily etched carbon coated sample. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the method to analyze carbide applied to all types of steel regardless of the type of steel.
강재의 탄화물 분석방법에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 강재의 탄화물 분석방법은 강재의 표면을 연마하여 표면부를 형성하고 상기 표면부를 1차에칭(etching)하여 상기 강재에 포함된 탄화물을 노출시키고 상기 탄화물이 노출된 표면을 탄소코팅(Carbon Coating)하여 코팅층을 형성하고 상기 코팅층을 강재로부터 분리하여 탄화물이 전사된 전사면을 갖는 탄소코팅시료를 형성하고 상기 탄소코팅시료를 2차에칭(etching)하고 그리고 상기 2차 에칭된 탄소코팅시료에 대해 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 탄화물을 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
