The pipe in accordance with the manufacturing method has a thick liner layer and improves wear resistance to extend life of the pipe. 본 발명은 내마모성 라이너 층을 갖는 파이프의 제조방법 및 그 파이프에 관한 것으로, 열경화성 수지류에 점도를 낮추기 위한 희석제 및 경화반응을 조절하는 제어 라디칼 중합(Controlled radical polymerization) 반응제를 포함하는 혼합수지로 파이프의 내벽을 1차 코팅하고, 그 상부에 내마모제와 유리섬유를 함유하는 배합물을 2차 도포하여 코팅한 다음 60 내지 70℃의 온도로 순간 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 라이너층을 갖는 파이프의 제조방법 및 그 파이프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 따른 파이프는 라이너층이 두껍고 내마모성이 향상되어 파이프의 수명이 길어지는 효과가 있다.
