Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to: a manufacturing method of fermented chitosan for enhancing immunity, for inoculating and fermenting lactobacillus, after mixing medicinal herbs with sugar, and for mixing with the fermented product of lactobacillus after surface treating by stirring and mixing fermented vinegar with chitosan; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the fermented chitosan manufactured by the method, or a health functional food composition. The fermented chitosan of the present invention exhibits immunity-enhancing activities, for generating plague in spleen cells and proliferating the spleen cells, increasing the generation of nitrogen oxide, and increasing inflammatory cytokine such as TNF-α. Therefore, the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases caused by the decline in immune functions, or a health functional food for enhancing immunity. 본 발명은 본초(本草)를 당과 혼합한 후, 유산균을 접종하여 발효시키고, 키토산에 발효식초를 교반하여 혼합하여 표면처리한 후 유산균 발효물과 혼합하는 면역증강용 발효 키토산의 제조방법, 상기 방법으로 제조된 발효 키토산을 포함하는 약학 조성물 또는 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 발효 키토산은 분자량이 크고, 수친화성이 거의 없어 생체 이용율이 낮은 키토산을 본초 유산균 발효 및 초산균 발효를 통한 본 발명의 방법으로 수미립분산성을 갖고 활성화시킴으로써 비장세포의 플라그 생성 및 비장세포를 증식시키고, 산화질소의 생성을 증가시키며, TNF-α와 같은 염증성 사이토카인을 증가시키는 면역증강 활성을 나타내므로 면역기능 저하로 인한 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물 또는 면역증강용 건강기능식품으로 활용될 수 있다.
