| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The display device includes: a display substrate on which a display unit is formed; a sealing substrate coupled to the display substrate; a sealing unit disposed between the display substrate and the sealing substrate, and surrounding the periphery of the display unit; an internal charging layer disposed between the display substrate and the sealing substrate, and formed on the display unit; and a charging dam disposed between the sealing unit and the internal charging layer. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the display device can improve bonding strength between the display substrate and the sealing substrate.
