According to the present invention, in order to control the fuel pre-injection of the injector in cold startup, since the fuel pre-injection is limited when the fuel pre-injection is tried within a predetermined time after the fuel is pre-injected, the unnecessary consumption of fuel is reduced, and the degradation of startability by fuel accumulation is prevented. 본 발명은 냉간 시동시 인젝터의 연료 전분사를 제어하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 냉간 시동시 연료 전분사 제어 장치는 차량의 시동 시도시, 냉간 시동인지를 판단하는 냉간 시동 판단부, 냉간 시동인 경우, 연료 전분사가 가능한지를 판단하여 인젝터의 연료 전분사를 제어하는 제1 제어부 및 연료가 전분사된 이후 소정의 시간 이내에 연료 전분사가 시도되면, 인젝터의 연료 전분사를 제한하는 제2 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 냉간 시동시 인젝터의 연료 전분사를 제어함에 있어서, 연료가 전분사된 이후 일정 시간 이내에 다시 연료의 전분사가 시도되면 인젝터의 연료 전분사를 제한함으로써, 불필요한 연료 소모를 줄이고 연료 누적에 따른 시동성 저하를 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
