The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for alleviating skin aging, while complexly improving a skin-aging factor, having effects in moisturizing the skin, and being economical at the same time. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition for alleviating skin aging comprises: Donkey milk; and complex oil formed by adding and mixing at least three types of oils selected from Argania spinosa kernel oil, lavender oil, olive oil, apricot seed oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil with a mixture of Donkey milk and sunflower seed oil.
