본 발명은 초경량 폴리우레탄 인조피혁 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 일액형 타입의 블록킹된 폴리우레탄 하이솔리드수지, 캡슐형 중공미소구, 경화제 및 하이솔리드계 토너를 포함하여 이루어지며, 휘발성 유기화합물(VOC)의 방출이 억제되고 인장강도, 촉감(softness)이 우수하면서 공기층과 다공성 셀(Cell)이 균일하게 분포되도록 제조될 수 있는 초경량 폴리우레탄 인조피혁 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 인조피혁은 가정용 가구재 및 자동차의 내장재로 유용하다. |
