Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rail-type expansion joint for a bridge using fixing pins capable of easily inserting and replacing an expansion joint plate installed on rails using the fixing pins and a construction method thereof. The rail-type expansion joint for a bridge using the fixing pins according to the present invention to achieve the purpose is characterized by including each of the two rails generally formed into a rectangular shape and including a joining groove on the upper inner side, a bolt hole penetrating through the top surface of the joining groove, and a connecting hole penetrating through the lower part; the expansion joint plate including both sides inserted and installed in the joining grooves of the rails, formed into a predetermined shape, and including a hollow unit in the lower inner part, saw-teeth on the both upper ends, and hollow units inside the saw-teeth; the fixing pins inserted and fixed between the saw-teeth of the expansion joint plates, which are inserted into the joining grooves of the rails, and the undersides of the joining grooves of the rails and including multiple saw-teeth; and a bolt perpendicularly inserted into the bolt hole of the rail. In addition, the construction method of the rail-type expansion joint for a bridge using the fixing pins according to the present invention to achieve the purpose is characterized by including a step of forming block-out portions with a predetermined size on slabs in both left and right sides of a gap between the slabs; a step of assembling the rail-type expansion joint for a bridge using the fixing pins; a step of installing the assembled rail-type expansion joint for a bridge using the fixing pins on the block-out portions with a connecting bolt; and a step of placing and curing concrete on the block-out portions. |
