description The present invention relates to a high efficiency heat radiation adhesive material and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the material has high efficiency heat radiation performance due to minimized contact resistance by realizing the excellent adhesive properties of the surface while maintaining the excellent heat-resistance properties and reliability by designing the bulk properties and surface properties of the material to be different from each other. In this manner, a surface division phenomenon is thermodynamically and spontaneously applied to the material without an artificial external operation in order to selectively make the surface properties of the material different from each other. When the material has relatively low content, low surface energy and low molecular weight, compared to a resin for forming a bulk to separate a substrate and a resin with excellent adhesive properties from the surface, the substrate and the resin are naturally separated from the surface during the processes of manufacturing and drying the material. 본 발명은 고효율 방열접착재료 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 재료의 벌크(bulk) 물성과 표면 물성을 상이하게 디자인하여 우수한 내열 특성 및 신뢰성을 유지하면서 우수한 표면의 밀착 특성을 구현하여 접촉 저항을 최소화함으로써 고효율의 방열 성능을 가질 수 있다. 이와 같이 재료의 표면 특성을 선택적으로 다르게 하기 위해서 외부의 인위적인 조작이 없이 열역학적으로 자발적인 표면 분리 현상을 적용한다. 기재와 밀착성이 우수한 수지를 표면으로 분리시키기 위해서 벌크를 형성하는 수지에 대비하여, 상대적으로 적은 함량, 낮은 표면에너지, 그리고 낮은 분자량을 가지도록 하면, 재료의 제조 및 건조 공정 동안 자발적으로 표면으로 분리된다.
