According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to control an air conditioning system for a vehicle having a water cooling type condenser to condense a refrigerant using cooling water received from a cooling system to cool an intercooler or electric parts in a vehicle, and an air cooling type condenser arranged on a cooling module of the cooling system to condense the refrigerant received from the water cooling type condenser through heat exchange with outdoor air comprises: (A) a step of compressing the refrigerant by detecting the operation of an air conditioner while the vehicle drives in a state where the vehicle starts; (B) a step of circulating the cooling water cooled by heat-exchanging with the outdoor air in the cooling module to cool the intercooler or the electric parts; and (C) a step of controlling the operation speed of a water pump and a cooling fan by determining whether or not a vehicle speed, an air conditioner pressure, a cooling water temperature, and the temperature of the intercooler or the electric parts are within a predetermined set value, and finishing the control while maintaining the vehicle in an idle or driving state.
