Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a secondary battery which mounts an electrode assembly with a sealed state on an electrode assembly receiving unit of a battery case and includes an electrode lead which is electrically connected to the electrode assembly to protrude to the outside of a battery case sealing part. A first sealing part which is adjacent to the receiving unit of the electrode assembly and is formed by thermal fusion, a second sealing part which is located outside the first sealing part and is formed by the thermal fusion, and an unsealing part which is not thermally fused and is formed between the first sealing part and the second sealing part are formed on at least part of the battery case sealing part. 본 발명은, 전지케이스의 전극조립체 수납부에 전극조립체가 밀봉된 상태로 장착되어 있고, 상기 전극조립체에 전기적으로 연결된 전극리드가 전지케이스 밀봉부의 외측으로 돌출되어 있는 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스 밀봉부의 적어도 일부에는, 상기 전극조립체 수납부에 인접하며 열융착에 의해 형성된 제 1 실링(sealing)부, 상기 제 1 실링부 보다 외측에 위치하고 열융착에 의해 형성된 제 2 실링부, 및 상기 제 1 실링부와 제 2 실링부 사이에 열융착 되지 않은 비실링(unsealing)부가 형성되어 있는 이차전지에 관한 것이다.
