Zusammenfassung:	A sterilizing apparatus having a UV ray emitting diode includes: a base cover which limits a side portion and a lower portion; an upper cover which is made of a light transmitting material and covers an upper portion of the base cover; a UV ray emitting diode which is arranged on the bottom in the base cover and emits UV rays; a UV ray amount measuring device which measures the amount of UV rays emitted from the UV ray emitting diode; and a UV ray amount adjusting device which receives the UV ray amount measured by the UV ray amount measuring device and adjusts the amount of the UV rays emitted from the UV ray emitting diode in a certain condition. 자외선 발광 다이오드를 갖는 살균장치는, 측부 및 하부를 한정하는 베이스 커버와, 베이스 커버의 상부를 덮는 투광 재질의 상부 커버와, 베이스 커버의 내부 바닥에 배치되어 자외선을 출사하는 자외선 발광 다이오드와, 자외선 발광 다이오드로부터 출사되는 자외선 광량을 검출하는 자외선 광량검출장치와, 그리고 자외선 광량검출장치에 의해 검출된 광량을 입력 받아 일정 조건에서 자외선 발광 다이오드로부터 출사되는 자외선의 광량을 조절하는 자외선 광량 조절장치를 포함한다.
