REUSABLE PACKAGING BOX

Provided is a reusable packaging box wherein inside and outside sheets are integrally formed to simultaneously perform a function of internal buffer and external packaging, and which can be reused as being stored without being discarded after use, and can prevent a product packaged therein from being moved. The reusable packaging box comprises: an upper body and a lower body which are arranged to have a box shape wherein an upper and a lower portion is opened for a washing machine to be accommodated therein, and wherein a left and a right side plate is respectively arranged to be rotationally coupled to a left and right direction of a plurality of hinge members having a double hinge structure, and a front and a rear plate is arranged to be folded for reuse and stored as being rotationally hinged to a left and right direction of the left and the right side plate; a lid wherein a space is arranged for some of an upper portion of the washing machine to be accommodated, and coupled to an upper portion of an upper body; and a bottom wherein a space is arranged for some of an lower portion of the washing machine to be accommodated, and coupled to a lower portion of a lower body, and wherein a tub fixing unit which can fixate a tub of the washing machine is detachably coupled in the center. The upper body, the lower body, the lid, and the bottom are made of a material which can absorb an impact and formed to simultaneously perform a function of internal buffer and external packaging. 내부 완충 및 외부 포장의 기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 내외장이 일체로 형성되며, 사용 후 폐기시키지 않고 보관하였다가 재사용 할 수 있으며, 내부에 포장되는 제품의 유동을 방지할 수 있는 재사용 포장박스를 제공한다. 재사용 포장박스는 상하부가 개방된 박스 형상을 갖도록 마련되어 내부에 세탁기가 수용되며, 좌우측판은 각각 두 개의 측판이 이중힌지 구조를 갖는 복수의 힌지부재에 좌우 방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 마련되고, 전후판은 각각 상기 좌우측판에 좌우 방향으로 회전 가능하게 힌지결합되어 재사용을 위해 접어서 보관할 수 있도록 마련되는 상부바디 및 하부바디, 내부에 상기 세탁기 상부의 일부를 수용할 수 있는 공간이 마련되며, 상기 상부바디의 상부에 결합되는 리드 및 내부에 상기 세탁기 하부의 일부를 수용할 수 있는 공간이 마련되어 상기 하부바디의 하부에 결합되며, 내부 중앙에 상기 세탁기의 터브를 고정할 수 있는 터브 고정부가 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 바텀을 포함하며, 상기 상부바디 및 하부바디와, 상기 리드와, 상기 바텀은 충격을 흡수할 수 있는 재질로 형성되어 내부 완충 및 외부 포장의 기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
