Zusammenfassung:The present invention includes a first semiconductor layer which is laminated on a substrate, an active layer, a second semiconductor layer, a current blocking layer which is formed in a specific area on the second semiconductor layer, a transparent electrode which includes the current blocking layer and is formed on the second semiconductor layer, a first electrode which is formed on the first semiconductor layer, a second electrode which is formed on the transparent electrode, and at least one opening which is formed for a part of the transparent electrode on the current blocking layer to be removed.
