Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a primer pair for detecting fungi and bacteria causing contamination in a mushroom liquid starter and a method for diagnosing bacteria and fungi contamination for a mushroom liquid starter using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition and a kit for detecting mushroom liquid starter contaminating microorganisms and a method for detecting mushroom liquid starter contaminating microorganisms using primer pairs included in the composition, wherein the composition includes: a sequence number 157 and sequence number 373 primer pair which can be detected for twenty-seven kinds of fungi excluding mushroom mycelia; a sequence number 1 and sequence number 2 primer pair which can be detected from gram positive bacteria and gram negative bacteria; a sequence number 327 and sequence number 328 primer pair which can be detected for sixteen kinds of Bacillus sp.; and a sequence number 322 and sequence number 358 primer pair which can be detected from fifteen kinds of Pseudomonas sp. The primer pair of the present invention is not amplified in the gene of a mushroom but has a sequence specific to fungi and bacteria, so as to be used in detecting fungi and bacteria (but not mushroom) existing in a mushroom liquid starter.
