CONCRETE STRUCTURE INCLUDING HYBRID TENDON STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a concrete structure having a hybrid tendon structure and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the hybrid tendon structure is capable of tensioning a tendon, which is partially integrated with the concrete structure when the concrete structure is manufactured, after the concrete structure is cured. According to the present invention to accomplish the purpose, a concrete structure comprises: a concrete block; and at least one hybrid tendon unit embedded to be extended from one end of the concrete block to the other end of the concrete block, wherein the hybrid tendon unit includes: an exposed steel wire part of which the certain portion touches and is integrated with concrete; a tensioning part not attaching to the concrete, and capable of being tensioned; and a fixing unit fixing the end of the tensioning part to the concrete block. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of the concrete structure comprises: a step of installing a hybrid tendon in a mold; a step of forming the concrete structure by placing and curing the concrete in the mold; a step of holding the concrete structure on a bridge; a step of performing post-tensioning on steel wires in a sheath member protruding from one or both ends of the concrete structure held on the bridge; and an anchoring step of permanently anchoring the ends on which the post-tensioning is finished, wherein the hybrid tendon is that the sheath member having the steel wire movable therein and stripped partially.
