Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition with high foaming performance and a method for preparing the same, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer resin composition comprises a thermoplastic elastomer resin as a base, a microcapsule foaming agent, a low-density polyethylene resin, and a magnesium stearate additive, and can be used in circular type molded products, such as a steering wheel which has difficulty in applying a cavity transfer method at the time of ejection molding.
