The present invention comprises a data interface module, a collecting module, and a 3D viewer module. The data interface module receives 3D CAD data and weight information data of the offshore structure. The collecting module collects the weight and center of gravity by using raw data received through the data interface module. The 3D viewer module displays the designed offshore structure and the center of gravity of the offshore structure. The present invention is provided to reduce man hours for the offshore structure and verify the weight and the center of gravity of the offshore structure, thereby improving reliability for the data.
