The system includes: an omni-directional floor including a plurality of roller assemblies in which a plurality of rollers are rotated by a conveyor belt connected to a servo motor, the roller assemblies being arranged about a platform center plate, for controlling rotation of the servo motor according to a predetermined control signal according to an acceleration and a position to adjust a rotating speed of the conveyor belt; an image acquisition unit for photographing a user located on the omni-directional floor with a camera to acquire a user image, and photographing the omni-directional floor where the user is not located to acquire a reference image; an image unit for displaying an image regarding a virtual reality world such that the user located on the omni-directional floor can watch the image; and a control computer for recognizing the user by comparing the reference image and the user image, calculating a distance from the platform center plate to the user, and controlling the servo motor based on the calculated movement distance to adjust a rotating speed of the conveyor belt.
