Zusammenfassung:	The present specification relates to a fuel cell system that can improve the stability, performance, and operability (heat demand following) of a fuel cell system, and to a method for controlling the same. The fuel cell system according to an embodiment of the present specification includes a waste heat recovery unit that recovers waste heat of the fuel cell system; and a heating unit that is connected to the waste heat recovery unit and supplies heat to the waste heat recovery unit. Discharge gas that is generated in the heating unit can flow into a cathode of the fuel cell.
