Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition comprising a Cynanchum atratum Bunge extract as an active ingredient for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune diseases or Th2-mediated immune diseases. According to the present invention, the Cynanchum atratum Bunge extract has activities of preventing allergen from passing through intestinal epithelial cells, inhibiting production of IL-4, inhibiting degranulation of mast cells, inducing differentiation into Treg cells, and stabilizing Treg cells, thereby preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune diseases or Th2-mediated immune diseases.
