Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a fusing device which has a structure of improving fusing performance and endurance. The fusing device includes a fusing belt which is arranged to be rotated, a pressing roller which is arranged to pressurize the outer surface of the fusing belt, a nip plate which supports the inner surface of the fusing belt to form a mounting nip between the fusing belt and the pressing roller, a heating member which is combined with a nip plate and heats the fusing belt through the nip plate, an insulating member which is arranged between the nip plate and the heating member and electrically insulates the heating member and the nip plate.
