description Since natural spawning of fish in an artificial fish farming environment is hard to occur by short term adaptation, other methods including hormone injection are used. In an adult Cynoglossus semilaevis, the natural spawning has not achieved so luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogue (LHRH-a) was injected into the peritoneal cavity in order to induce maturation, but the spawning failed. Thus, the prevent invention provides a step for inducing the maturation of gonad through absorption of the hormone by injecting pellet type hormone into back muscles of the female and male Cynoglossus semilaevis when the mother is grown up to be right in size and the gonad is fully matured and a method for producing seeds by fertilizing eggs from the spawned eggs and ejaculated sperms and hatching the fry. According to the method, in the Cynoglossus semilaevis, injection of the pellet type hormone into the back muscles of the adult fish is more suitable for inducing the maturation and spawning than the intraperitoneal injection of the hormone in case that the natural spawning is not achieved.
