Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a casting simulator capable of simulating casting processes to derive optimum pouring conditions (temperature, injection pressure, etc.) of a liquid (wax and molten metal) when molten metal is injected in a mold to produce wax for producing a wax pattern and castings. The casting simulator disclosed comprises a mold unit to form a cavity of a shape corresponding to an appearance of an injection molded product; a simulation core unit to form a hollow shape of an injection molded product by being arranged in the cavity of the mold unit upon injection of an injection molding material in the cavity of the mold unit; and at least one measuring means installed in the simulation core unit to measure a physical amount of the simulation core unit due to the injection molding material injected. According to the disclosed casting simulator, an effect can be obtained where material injection conditions without damaging a core and a mold used for actual casting can be derived by measuring temperature, pressure, strain and stress at a core and a mold upon injection of a liquid such as wax and molten metal through a measuring means installed in a simulation core unit and a mold unit.
