Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for levitating animal cells absorbing fibroin microsphere with iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles on the surface of a liquid medium without extraneous substances by using magnets; and cultivating. Suspension culture of animal cells is possible without using a supporter and without attaching artificial substances on a cell surface. In an existent hanging drop method, only fine cellular tissue whose size is 1 mm or less can be produced, but a 3 mm size of cellular tissue can be produced in the present invention.
