The present invention relates to an offering system between a mobile communication company and a financial company for small loan. The offering system of the present invention includes: a unit for checking whether a mobile communication company is affiliated with a financial company in order for the mobile communication company to collect applied amount of money for small loan through communication fee on the basis of information of a terminal, if a request for small loan money and the information of the terminal are received from the terminal of a customer by being linked with a storage medium prepared in a financial company server; a unit for checking limit amount of small loan by checking the information of the terminal from the terminal of the customer; a unit for checking the amount of small loan requested by the customer and the limit amount, and checking whether the mobile communication company can collect the amount of small loan by being added to mobile phone fee through the mobile communication company server; and a unit for generating a password in the financial company server and transmitting the password to the terminal of the customer to approve withdrawal through an automatic teller machine, in case the amount of small loan can be collected by being added to the mobile phone fee through the mobile communication company server.
