Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an ink collection system for guiding purged ink to an ink collection tray from a print head located in the upper part of the ink collection tray along a stepped flow path. By the stepped flow path, the purged ink passes through a connection part in a surface plate of a jet stack, flows to the lower surface of the jet stack and a curved lower flange of a storage housing, is guided to be distant away from the surface plate, and falls to the ink collection tray to be discarded or reused.
