Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a brake device of a vehicle including an automatic booster having an actuator feedback-controlled in order to generate calculated required brake force. The device includes a first malfunction determining part determining the malfunction of the actuator of the booster, a first fail-safe control part executing a first fail-safe mode when the actuator has malfunction, a feedback control part executing feedback control of the actuator to generate required brake force when the actuator does not have the malfunction, a second malfunction determining part determining the malfunction of the feedback control, and a second fail-safe control part executing a second fail-safe mode when the feedback control has malfunction. The device can provide a sense of brake for safe driving to a driver by actively applying brake force of the driver and excluding frequently executed fail-safe modes.
