Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to pig skin (1) for preventing rolling and a processing method thereof. The present invention is characterized in preventing the rolling phenomenon of pig skin (1) by making cuts from the inner skin (3) toward the outer skin (2) in a grid form to have pig skin (1) spread horizontally in order to solve the phenomenon of rolling into the inner skin (3) due to shrinkage by the dehydration and coagulation of fat etc. of the inner skin (3) as the conventional pig skin (1) comprises the inner skin (3) and the outer skin (2). According to the present invention, various effects are expected that the convenience in cooking is provided as the pig skin (1) is not rolled in cooking, which makes cooking easy and convenient; the pig skin (1) is grilled in the horizontal state by the cut on the inner skin (3), which makes the whole pig skin (1) uniform texture in mouth; the fat exhaust is more smoothly performed through the groove (4) in the cut, which marinates the pig skin evenly when seasoning, is able to remarkably improve the taste of the pig skin (1), increases the preference to the pig skin (1) as food, and maximizes the distribution rate of the pig skin (1). |
