Zusammenfassung:	A liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first insulating substrate, a common voltage line placed on the first insulating substrate and having a plurality of expanding parts, an insulating film placed on the common voltage line and having a plurality of contact holes, a common electrode placed on the insulating film, a second insulating substrate facing the first insulating substrate, and a spacer placed between the first and second insulating substrates. A part of the expanding parts is overlapped with the contact holes and other parts are overlapped with the spacer.
