APPARATUS FOR FRUIT SKIN PEELING

The present invention relates to a fruit peeling machine which includes a body which is formed into a rectangular case and includes a frame protruding toward upper one side; a sucking unit composed of a sucking pump which supplies a sucking force to the body and a sucking pipe which fixes a fruit to be peeled by transmitting the sucking force supplied from the sucking pump; a first driving unit which rotates the fruit sucked by the sucking unit by transmitting power to the sucking pipe; a rotation unit composed of a ring-shaped supporter seated on the frame, a rotary shaft which is formed on the supporter to be rotated, a second driving unit which transmits power to the rotary shaft, and a cutter unit support formed in a plate shape in contact with the rotary shaft; a cutter unit which is installed perpendicular to the cutter unit support and which peels the peel of the fruit sucked by the sucking unit; an automatic starting point control unit which is installed on the supporter of the rotator and the rotary shaft and which returns the cutter unit rotated for peeling the fruit to a starting point; a sucking force supplying unit which is connected to one side of the sucking pump in order to make the sucking force generated by the sucking force to the sucking unit; and an air discharge unit which stores air sucked by the sucking unit by the operation of the sucking pump and discharges the stored compressed air to the sucking unit after completing a fruit peeling process and separates the fruit sucked by the sucking unit.
