COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR WHITENING OF THE SKIN COMPRISING HYDROXAMIC ACID DERIVATIVES

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening, containing hydroxamic derivatives which suppress tyrosinase, prevent melanin biosynthesis, and show skin whitening effects without cytotoxicity. The cosmetic composition for skin whitening according to the present invention is characterized by containing the hydroxamic acid derivatives of chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is selected among straight or branched C4-C22 alkyl groups and straight or branched C4-C22 alkenyl groups; and R1 is selected among hydroxyl(-OH), -O-Na+, and -OSO3-M+, wherein M is a metal cation selected among sodium, potassium, and lithium. Also, the compounds can be applied to a skin whitening composition such as a skin softener, an astringent, a lotion, a nutrition cream, a massage cream, an essence, an eye cream, an eye essence, a soap, a pack, a powder, a body lotion, a body cream, a body oil, a body essence, and the like.
