The healthcare server apparatus and the healthcare data processing method are capable of maximizing individual advantages of biological data measuring devices by measuring the physical activity of a user, selecting optimal physical activity measurement data depending on a biological data measuring environment, and processing the selected data although multiple homogeneous measuring devices are used.
