PURPOSE: A sinking type encapsulated marine cage fish farm in offshore is provided to minimize the loss of abalone or marine organisms in culture as concerns of damage of the fish farm are clearly resolved even if a typhoon blows. CONSTITUTION: A sinking type encapsulated marine cage fish farm in offshore is characterized in that a Mooring facility (10) comprises a cylindrical pipe (11), a bracket (12) fixed to the pipe with a predetermined interval, a footstool (13) fixed on the surface of the bracket; that a case (20) which marine organisms inhibit is integrally formed with an upper frame, a lower frame, insertion holes penetrated into each corner part and the center of the upper and lower frames, in which a rope and an anchor is inserted, side ribs formed in the side of the upper and lower frames so that the insertion holes are exposed to outside, lower ribs formed in the lower frame, in which shelters are fixed, and partition walls partitioning the inside of the upper and lower frames; that one end of a rope or an anchor is fixed to the insertion hole formed in the case; that the other end of the rope and the anchor is fixed to the Mooring facility; and that the exterior of the case is wrapped with a fishing net (40).
