The entire circumference is cut by using a punch and the die according to the dimension of a flange (S20). The die flange-ups the flat flange in a straight portion, and maintains the shapes of curved portions (fours edges) in a trimming process by the curved portions leaving from the die (S30). The die and punch are configured according to the shapes of the flange front portion and the piercing of a side wall portion, and thus a cam slide moves forward and cuts by a cam drive descending (S40). The cam drive moves the cam slide forward by a press ram descending, and thus the material is bent by a bending punch (S50, S60). |
