Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A cooking method of rice mixed with vegetables and grilled short rib patties is provided to property supply nutrients necessary for children, and to enable the children to easily eat. CONSTITUTION: Cooked brown rice is obtained by using germinated brown rice, 0.3-0.5 parts by weight of soymilk for the total weight of the brown rice, and the balance of water. 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of roasted carrot are mixed with the brown rice. Rump and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of rib spices for the total weight of the rump are mixed to obtain short rib patties. Nut sauce is obtained by pulverizing walnut, pine nut, peanut, salt, and water. The cooked brown rice mixed with the roasted carrot and the short rib patties are laminated, and the nut sauce is added. Pholiota nameko is roasted, and seasoned with salt, black pepper powder, and sesame seeds mixed with salt to obtain roasted Pholiota nameko. Kimchi is washed in water, dehydrated, and mixed with sesame oil and sesame seeds mixed with salt to obtain kimchi mixture. The roasted Pholiota nameko and the kimchi mixture are put on the short rib patties.
